Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Items returned under our voluntary 30-day policy should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Customers may be responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Once a return is received, or valid evidence of return is provided where applicable, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
